Spring Air Mattress wins consumer challenge for the second straight year

People have spoken for the second straight year and their message is clear and definitive. In a coast-to-coast rest test conducted last summer, more people preferred a Spring Air mattress to those of Sealy, Serta, and Simmons.

In mall tests conducted by an independent research firm, more people preferred Spring Air over each major competitor by a margin of 61% to 39%. The winning mattress both years was the Spring Air Back Supporter mattress featuring Spring Air’s foam encased wireless edge and NeverTurn advantage.”Again, these results confirm what we have believed for a long time.

RoperASW, a national independent research firm, conducted and monitored people’s mattress preference in malls from coast-to-coast asking shoppers to sit and lie down on two unmarked similarly priced mattress sets (approximately $999 retail). RoperASW recorded and verified preferences after consumers were asked to rest test two mattresses side-by-side, one a Spring Air mattress and the other belonging to either Sealy, Serta or Simmons.

Since introducing NeverTurn and Foam Encased Wireless Edge mattresses, Spring Air has increased its sales and market share in many U.S. markets and become the nation’s fastest growing mattress company.
